THERE IS HOPE FOR YOU

Calvary greetings brethren, it's another great privilege from the Almighty God given me to share the word of truth.

Dear Lord, we ask for your light (Revelation) and spiritual understanding as we journey through your word this moment. let every broken and depressed heart be comforted by the power of your word to the glory of your mighty name. in Jesus wonderful name we prayed. Amen.

The Wikipedia free encyclopedia defines Hope as an optimistic attitude of mind based on an expectation of positive outcomes related to events and circumstances in ones life or the world at large. it is that instinct that tells you that there is  a better future, it is instinct that tells you that this is not my end, I am coming out better.

If you are going through any challenge right now, I am announcing to you that it's not your end, you are coming out of it a better person. the bible says in Job 11:18;

And thou shalt be secure, because there is hope; yea, thou shalt dig about thee, and thou shalt take thy rest in safety.  

There is hope, are you depressed in any way?, there is hope for you. are you under financial challenges: there is hope for you, are you struggling with one sin or the other?: there is hope for you, you are a student and you are struggling with paying your school fees there is hope for you. The word of God says that, it shall turn to you for a testimony (Luke 21:13). Stop thinking about that big problem think about our big God that always do big things and he will surely visit you at the very point of your need. He has promised to help you and He hasn't fail before, He will not start with you. so pick yourself up and move on, that's not the end of the road. Never put a full stop where God puts a comma.  Ecc 9:4 says that:

For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.

The psalmist discovered the importance of Hope in his life and he cried out in psalm 42:5

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

now the above verse is repeated in verse 11 and also in verse 5 of chapter 43 not because God is a stammerer but he is simply emphasising the importance of hope. Come to think of it there is no faith without Hope, Because faith is the substance of the things you hoped for. You are a building under construction and God is the builder, He ain't finished with you yet.

Lets draw inspiration from the production of wine that we all are enjoying today, it has to go through many process including crushing, look at the gold that connotes something of beauty and value yet it has to go through fire. A wise man rightful said that if your way is hard it is because of your higher calling, so don't drop dead at the verge of your breakthrough. It is closer than you can imagined, keep your hope alive and you will share that testimony(ies). Apostle Paul through the Holy spirit said in 2cor 4:8-9 that:

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 
Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

You are not destroyed my dear, that situation is changing for good in Jesus name.

Prayer:  

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. Rm 15:13

If you have not given your life to Christ, He loves you so much, that's why you are actually reading this article. so why not utilise this opportunity and surrender all to Him. The bible says in Colossians 1:27

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 

If you don't have Him dwelling right inside of you, there is no hope for you.

For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul? Job 27:8

So why not say this simple prayer and he will come right inside of you.

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and cannot save myself.  I believe that you died and rise again for my justification, today I confess you as my personal Lord and Saviour. Wipe away my name from the book of death and write my name in the book of life, keep me by the power of your word till the day of your coming. Thanking you for saving me, I declare that I am born again, I am  a new creature in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah.
