LOVE OF GOD

I am glad to welcome you all out there to this wonderful Month. it's a great privilege from the Almighty God, I want to let u know that it's not all that started this year with you are able to make it to the 2nd half of the year. it's indeed  a great privilege, we give HIM all the glory. We want to briefly explore the love of GOD. we're told in the Bible that GOD is Love. Love is his nature, right from creation He showed how he loved us and created us in his own image:
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
In all the things GOD created HE spoke it into being but He took time to create man even in His own very image. that's  a expression of His love for us. In verse 28 of the same chapter HE commanded us to:
...be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. 
wow! what a loving and caring Father. that's why it's recorded in the scripture that:
...GOD is love.
That is you can't separate Him from love, you can't talk about love without talking about Him, and you can't talk about Him without talking about love. His name is LOVE.

even when our first parents sinned by disobeying his commandment in Gen 2:17
 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
 They found out that they were naked when they ate the fruit and were ashamed. God out of His love  clothed them.

Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them. 
To crown it all He sent His only begotten son to die in our stead, so as to restore the lost glory of man. even when we are yet sinners He died for us, He paid our debt and set us free. That is the magnitude of His Love for us. the scripture recorded in Jn 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (emphasis mine)
The question here now is do you believe in what He did for you on the cross of Calvary?.
Have you accepted Him as your personal LORD and Saviour? are you born again? remember His word in Jn 3:3  
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 

 This is a decision that will change your life for good, it is a decision that will determine your fate in eternity.

If you would like to give your life to Jesus say this simple prayer with all sincerity:
LORD Jesus, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and that you died and rose again to set me free. I am sorry for all my sins, forgive me Jesus, come into my life and stay, be my LORD and personal saviour. Thank you Jesus for coming into my life. I am now a child of God.
 If you pray that prayer, congratulation, you are born again welcome to God's family.

Remember that iron sharpeneth iron, so find a bible believing church to nurture your faith.

A LETTER TO GOD

Dear God, I am using this medium to appreciate your faithfulness, kindness and mercies in my life and to thank you most especially for the gift of life. Lord, it is another year you have given me, new opportunities, new challenges that'll take me to my next levels. but Lord, you know how weak I am. I acknowledge my weakness because I know that your strength is made perfect in my weakness, I know that I cannot help myself for by strength shall no man prevail. I therefore ask for your strength to go through this challenges so that I can get to where you want be me to be. Father, you said in your word that ... the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. Jer. 10:23. I therefore subscribe to your leading. Guide me precious father in all my endeavors this year. You said in Isaiah 30:21  And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left....
